Blimp tragedy

Learning Intention; to write a recount with the correct format.

The blimps were rising slowly above our heads while we had to stand in the cold. “No wonder they always worry about their safety before they take off, they rely on a bloon” No one laughed and Jordan left embarrassed. Me, Marcus followed him out and he boarded a blimp parked next to the shed so I ran and grabbed the rope from the blimp and then hopped on and grasped onto his arm and tugged him off the blimp he tried to start a brawl and I walked backwards into the shed and through the crowd, Jordan was on the lookout.

I began heading to the other side of the shed to escape and got stood up by guards wondering why I’m in a rush, I had to tell a white lie that I won’t regret. Outside and up high were lots of blimps hovering over the large lake with thousands of people below. The blimps were moving down slowly then speeding up, “Engines losing fuel at the same time?” I knew something wasn’t right. Black liquid begins to pour from almost every blimp. Looking thick, and appears to be petrol. Slowly dropping the blimp riders screaming out at the control panel workers but they’ve been sabotaged, everyone starts to evacuate, Jordan comes around a corner tied up with a gun to his head. I thought of being a hero but i’m too much of a wimp.

Clenching on the trigger, the man in black holding Jordan threw him on the wet grass and began kicking him in the ribs and stomping his back. I ran behind the side of the shed and grabbed an old rusted pole leaning against it. Stealthily I walked around the whole shed and swung the pole at the man abusing Jordan, when he was on the ground I jump on him with my knees and I was sure he was out cold. I got up and unnecessarily wiped my chest like in those old movies. I walked towards Jordan and picked him up and untied him.

One of the blimps touched with the water and sank under all I could think of is if the poor man was alive, Then I could see someone just bloop out of the water and then I cheered with myself like I’m a loner. 10 to 15 minutes later all the blimps began to fall and the police arrived I wasn’t sure how police heard about this problem, My only guess was that one of the bystanders called before they left. The police quickly hopped out of their cars and one cop went so quick out his car he tripped on the side of the car and hit his face, I tried my best not to laugh. The cops quickly grabbed the man in black and threw him straight into handcuffs then pushed him in the car and thanked me because they must have thought I called, I took it anyway. The cops left with sirens on high volume. Police helicopters flew in and hovered over the water with a ladder hanging down and collected the struggling blimp riders out of the water. I walked of like in a dramatic movie but my shoelaces were untied and I tripped up. I eventually made it to my car and left.

It was an intense feeling and I’m glad it’s all over, though Jordan wasn’t the best person around I still cared when he got attacked. I hope I never experience anything that graphic again.

.Shoe Escape.

On one toasty summer morning I couldn’t see at all but all I could hear was loud and voices surrounding me I shut my eyes and used my laces to block my ears/ lace holes. Then the room I was in magically lifted up very high then the roof of the dark room got completely ripped off but I wasn't floating magically. I wasn’t floating, the hands of what I thought was a giant had picked my whole room up and grasped onto my flimsy arms/ shoelaces and pulled me right out and I was swinging so far up in the air I thought to myself “This is the end THIS IS THE END!!!!!!” but my lousy judgment was incorrect all the beast did with me was furiously fill my insides with these things with 5 tips and then my brother Ethan Milks on the left  thingy with 5 tips was all chill he just hated the whole “ touch the ground thing because he’s heard me talk about that old horror book for shoes called the gummy catastrophe. The person wearing us was called Corby Spud and he was the owner of beds’r’us but he didn’t really take care of it and did business for the company, all he did was slowly tramp around the store to find the comfiest bed and then take his shoes off and sleep in them.

He usually scares off customers with his silent but deadly farts. Anyway back to us and Corby, once he tried us on he slipped us off his 5 tipped… you know what i’m just gonna call them feet so yeah he slipped us of his feet then put us back in our calm rooms and I thought the nightmare was over but no Corby or someone else picked us up and we began to move then we randomly got thumped on a hard surface then our house got destroyed again and then we got  grabbed out and this piece of technology or something shined a red light at my piercing/ price tag then Corby ripped my piercing clean off and I screamed in pain but those annoying deaf giants didn’t hear a thing and we kept on getting tortured.

One year later me and Ethan had enough of this and began to build little jet packs for the sides of us to escape out of gun powder, metal wires, bolts and metal sheets I thought it would never work but it turns out, so conveniently, Corby Spuds was crazy evil scientist and he had jet packs right behind us but we had no clue how to adjust them on but then we thought of using bolts and metal sheets, I firstly did Ethen milks for him by just holding the metal sheet up against his side and twisted the bolts into the sheet so I would stay then I grabbed the jetpacks and screwed those onto the metal sheets then used the wires that were so conveniently sitting behind me and used them to make a working button that’s taped to his nose so he can press it with his hands/laces.  He did the same to me. Me and ethan tested the jetpacks to go for a small bit then we threw ourselves outside then we said hasta la vista baby! And we took off into the world but outta no where godzilla RKO’S the shoes to the city floor with a cabloomy . the shoes didn’t expect to have found godzilla because he was in child care because his mum left him when he was 2 months old but still destructive, anyway, Ethan and I slowly got out of the way and started to fight back by using the ultimate move the shoe sniffer which is when me and Ethan rub our stinky inside soles up against godzillas nose and he collapses causing global earthquakes then Daniel the S.W.A.T man came and simply threw a paper plane and then the shoes completely dissolved in front of Daniel's eyes, he said “ EAASY!!!!” THE END.         By Flynn

One paragraph:

William shakespeare died nearly 400 years ago, and today he is known for his amazing acts so we thank him for his heroic inspiration to actress and role players today. This man , not only was he an inspiration he was and icon and he believed that what you believe in today is alway possible in the future.

This book would have been better If it would all go together because it was just random scenery and i couldn’t understand it half the time

I Predicted, when I started reading this book it would be about the history of Shakespeare and his plays and I and  I got that... almost.

I loved that the book had a crazy theme to it and also how you wouldn’t expect anything my favourite role play of his and pretty much the only one I know is Romeo and juliet.

He is obviously from London because of the front page text box I quote (“Allow my present my bottom m’lady”)
